I'm looking for people to rent my flat from mid February to mid June 2017 as I will be working away from Hannover. My home is a beautiful flat with 2 bedrooms and 1 large living room. The two bedrooms are also large (>12 qm) and very comfortable. The house comes fully furnished so it is ideal for short term rentals. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes and a chest of drawers (not so clear in the pictures). The kitchen is also fully equipped including an oven and all the cutlery you may need.
I am quite flexible with the dates and also with the number of people who want to move in. The house is ideal for a family of 3 or 2 adults. If you are interested in a single room in the apartment as well feel free to contact me. The apartment can be used as a WG also. I'm also open to people who want to rent the house as a single person. You can have the kitchen, living room and one of the bedrooms for 400 euros per month.
Note, the rent includes all costs including internet and heating.
The flat is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You can easily reach it by taking the U-bahn (5 Anderten or 6 Messe/Ost). It takes about 18 minutes and then you can either walk to the flat in 8 minutes or take a bus or your bike which will get you home in 2 minutes. There is one bus stop 100m away from the house and another about 300m away. Buses from here connect very well to the S bahn (Karl-Wichert-Alle and Bahnhof Bismarkstr.) and you can reach Hannover Hbf in 20 minutes approximately. You can also easily drive to other cities from this location since connections onto the autobahn is very close.
You also have all the amenities you may need at walking distance. Within a 7-10 minute walking distance you can find an edeka, rossman, dm, netto and rewe. If you take the bus or bike, it will take you less than 3 minutes to reach these places.
I have had a great time living here. It is ideal if you want to be close to the city yet have some peace and quiet to relax.
All the amenities you may need are in the house already (except a dishwasher). There is a tv as well in the living room that I will leave behind. The neighbors are nice and quiet. I have never had any issues with regards to loud music before.
As mentioned earlier, I'm quite flexible with renting out the house. You can also choose a single room and occupy the rest of the house for a fraction of the rent. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
