36qm mit Balkon, 2. OG, 300€ kalt (NK schon mit drin..) - zahle bei enercity 65€ zusätzlich im Monat für Strom und Gas. Also warm gesamt 365€.

Kleiner Flur, innenliegendes Wannenbad. Da bleibt die Ausstattung drin: Also Alibert und kleines Schränkchen.
Dann die Küche mit fixer Single-Küche (kleiner Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, 2 Kochplatten und Spüle), von der der Balkon in den ruhigen Hinterhof raus geht.
Der große Hauptraum ist mittels Einbauwand von der Küche abgetrennt - ohne Tür. Hier ein riesen Doppelfenster plus ein normales zur Seite raus.
Ich wohne hier seit gut 1 1/2 Jahren und fühle mich super wohl!! Und ziehe nur innerhalb des Hauses um.. :)
Die Eilenriede beginnt am Emmichplatz (= Bushaltestelle für 3 Linien!), der nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt liegt.
Zum Hbf., ergo in die Innenstadt, sind es zu Fuss knapp 10 Min.
