Ich suche zum 01.01.2014 einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.
Ich würde gerne gegen Abstand meine Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine) in der Wohnung lassen.
Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber es findet alles seinen Platz. Wäsche kann auf dem Dachboden aufgehängt werden, im Sommer auch im Garten.
Der Vermieter ist die WGH.
Perfekte Lage, direkt am Herrenhäuser Markt. In der direkten Nachbarschaft befinden sich 2 Bäcker, ein Edeka, ein Rossmann, das Bürgeramt und natürlich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 4 und 5). Man ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit an der Uni.
Stromkosten belaufen sich bei mir auf etwa 30€/Monat, ebenso die Telefonkosten. Die Kaution sind Genossenschaftsanteile (in meinem Fall waren es 3 Stück, die insgesamt 825€ kosteten), wie das jetzt aktuell ist kann ich nicht sagen.
Im Mietpreis ist ein Kabelanschluss enthalten.
