Hallo, wir suchen zum 1.8.2022 Nachmieter für unsere 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung. Es gibt zwei in etwa gleich große Zimmer und die Küche ist sehr geräumig. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und eine Badewanne wobei Toilette und Dusche in einem abgetrennten kleinem Raum sind. Das Bad hat ein Fenster zum Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind in Westseite und abends scheint die Sonne sehr schön hinein.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den Bahnstationen Allerweg und Stadionbrücke, ist also gut mit den Bahnen 3,7 und 17 sowie den Buslinien 100/200 zu erreichen. Zum Kröpcke sind es ca. 10 Minuten sowohl mit der Bahn als auch mit dem Fahrrad. Zur Uni sind es 12 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und man fährt fast den kompletten Weg an der Ihme entlang. Rewe, Penny, Netto und Obi sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar.
Der Maschsee ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Wir möchten auf jeden Fall die Küche und auch einen Kleiderschrank weitergeben. Über den Preis müsste man diesbezüglich reden.
