60m², 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Küche, ein kleines aber feines Bad mit Duschwanne. Dazu gibt es noch zwei kleine Abstellkammern.
Ein schöner Balkon, bei dem ab späten Mittag den Rest des Tages die Sonne scheint. Im Sommer kann man wunderbar in der Sonne sitzen und grillen. Der Innenhof ist wirklich sehr schön und nebenbei der größte Innenhof Hannovers. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig im Innenhof wie auch im Haus selbst.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einer Spülmaschine und einem kleinem Herd. Ansonsten bietet sie viel Platz für die Größe.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die man benutzen kann.
Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch. In fünf bis sieben Gehminuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof. Ein Edeka ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca. 3 Gehminuten. Für diese zentrale Lage kann man noch sehr gut in der Straße parken.
Wenn Bedarf besteht können ein Teil der Möbel mit übernommen werden.
