It is a very light and nice flat with balcony where you can enjoy the sun during the whole day (south-direction)!
There is a big kitchen with everything you need and a bathtub in the bathroom.

It is situated in a very nice and calm neighborhood, close to "Lister Meile" - a very calm shopping street.
There is a U-bahn station at 2 min walking and the main station (Hauptbahnhof) is not even 10min by foot.
There is a Penny-Supermarket just around the corner!
And if you walk 15min you will find yourself in the middle of the beautiful Eilenriede-forest!
I would rent it from the 15th of August until +/- the 19th of September (date is flexible).
The rent is 500 €/month.
