Übergabe Wohnung vorzugsweise Ende Feb. / sonst Ende März. Das vierte Zimmer ist nur 8qm groß, dafür WZ 44 qm -ist teilbar, war mal geteilt-, SZ/Büro je knapp 20 qm, große Küche und 2 riesige Balkone. Bitte wirklich nur ernstgemeinte Zuschriften mit Personenangaben inkl. Beruf. Verlangt Vermieter sowieso und wir schlagen 3 potentielle Nachmieter vor. Erfahrungsgemäß haben klassische WGs weniger Chancen, aber mal versuchen. Paare bevorzugt der Vermieter. P.S. Hier kann man sogar parken, wenn man weiß, wo..... :-)
