Hallo Zusammen, die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Ich bin ab 1.03 für 1 Monat weg. Du fängst vielleicht einen neuen Job und weiß nicht wo du genau hin willst/muss? Dann ist es perfekt! Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und hat alles was du benötigst. Falls ein Pärchen hier einziehen sollte, sind es 100 €/Monat mehr. Keine Raucher in der Wohnung, es gibt aber einen Balkon wo du es machen kannst. Es wird die Wohnung komplett möbliert angemietet.
Strom und Gas ist extra zu bezahlen (wird mit 49€/monat geschätzt im Preis bereits inkludiert, es wird aber am Ende die Kosten durch Zählern gemessen) , ganz einfach wir lesen den Gas und Strom Zähler wenn du kommst und gehst und du zahlst nur was du benutzt hast. Am besten aufgrund der kurzen Zeit, lieber gleich anrufen. (Ich verbrauche im Durchschnitt für Gas und Strom 60 Euro im Monat)

Hello Everyone, Ill be gone from 1.03.2023 over 1 month. If you happen to start a job in Hannover I think is a great opportunity to at least look around, see hannover its neighbourhoods, before you take your decision where is where you want to live. The place is fully furnished and I need it back by October 1st. If you have any questions, just call. If a couple move in here, is 80€/month more. No Skmoking in the place, there is a Balcony where you can do so. Gas and Electricity is extra. Any questions? due to the short time, Call me better

Die Wohnung liegt eine Haltestelle entfernt vom Hbf. Supermärkte gibt es Zahlreiche in 300m Radius. eine Bus Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. SIchere Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und Hell und hat einen Balkon wo du rauchen konntest.
