Kein Balkon. Die Wohnung ist total renoviert und modern gestaltet mit Einbaukleiderschränken,
modernes Dusch Bad und extra Toilette. Kleine Küche, aber komplett, angreenzende Theke mit
Gläserregal.
Möbel Biedermeier, Virtrine, runder Tisch und Stühöle. Bett im Alkoven.
Der Boden ist mit breiten Euchendielen belegt. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind nicht vorhanden.
Als Bewohner der Altstadt kann zum Parken ein Parkausweis zum Jahrespreis von 36,--Euro bei der Stadtverwaltun, Bürgeramt, erworben werden.
Ein freier Parkplatz muß aber jedes mal gesucht werden.
Mit den Bussen sind sowohl der Bahnhof, als auch sämtliche Universitätskliniken im Neuenheimer Feld
gut zu erreichen.
