Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und liegt mitten in Heidelberg. Ganz in der Nähe vom Bismarkplatz.
Sie hat 2 Zimmer und ist voll möbliert. Es gibt 2 Fernseher, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine. Man muss eigentlich nur seinem Koffer mitbringen.
Die Küche ist neu von ikea mit Kühlschrank, Kochfeld und Spülmaschine.
Die Nebenkosten in den Gebäude sind sehr hoch. Die Heizkostenabrechnung war irre hoch und deshalb der hohe Abschlag für die Nebenkosten.
Strom und Internet müsst ihr selbst anmelden.

Heating is included. The last heating bill was very high. The Nebenkosten of the apartment are very high.
All you need to bring is your suitcase.
You will have to make own contracts for electricity and internet. I can assist with that.
Bergheimer Straße 59. Liegt wirklich mitten in Heidelberg. Bus und Straßenbahn fahren vor der Türe ab.
Man kann zum Bismarkplatz laufen.
Aldi ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Rewe 5 Minuten.
Sparkasse, Urban Kitchen und Alnatura sind auch um die Ecke.
Jede Menge Restaurants in der Nähe.
Beste Pizza gibt es bei Zafferano um die Ecke.
Excellent location very close to the Bismarckplatz. Everything you need is close by.
