Hello All,
2 beautiful rooms are available on the 4th floor of a 5 WG flatshare accessible via an elevator. The residence of the apartments are international with Indians, Chinese and Germans currently residing and are looking forward to having lively, culturally diverse, friendly flatmates. We are open for male or female and also for couples or 2 friends that would like to move in together with separate rooms. The Kitchen and 2 bathrooms are shared and equipped with all the required utilities so you don't have to worry about bringing anything new, but you are always welcome to do so. We have our own (flat's) Keller space in the basement, 2 washing machines and one dryer for common use (with a little extra charge) and a common cycle storage room along with a huge cycle parking area at the ground floor. We also have a small storage space in the flat itself and a spacious corridor. Pictures of the room headed to the back yard are available including the pictures of shared kitchen and the bathrooms. For the other room, pictures will be available in the first week of August '20 and are quite similar to the described pictures at the moment.
- Furniture that comes in the rent includes: 1 single bed, 1 big clothing wardrobe, 1 huge study table, 1 bedside table

- Located in: Weststadt near the Ringstrasse tram stop (2-3 min by foot). The central railway station is 7-10 min by foot but the rooms are well and soundproof. The University (in old town) can be approached via trams/buses/cycles within 15-20 min and at Neuenheimer Feld can be reached in 10-15 min by bicycle (15-20 min by trams/buses).
- Shops and Restaurants: There are many shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby and can be approached in 5-7 mins. We can tell you more about it and show you around in private discussions.
- In case you want to party: A huge party hall is available on the 5th floor of the apartment which can be rented if you like to party.
- If you are new to the city: Altstadt (main centre, old city) is the place to see where many shops/pubs are available and one can also reach the tourist attractions from there. There is a long green riverbank called Neckarwiese approachable in 10-15 mins.
- In the apartment vicinity, a beautiful green lawn is accessible to host bbq parties, play games or just to chill with friends
- We are all students (20-35 age group) mostly studying life science degrees at the University. We like to cook, chit chat and go for "WG walks" and play games. We are interested in someone who is also actively participating in WG life.
- We like to keep everything clean and tidy, so we follow a cleaning schedule for the bathrooms and the kitchen.
- If you like to know a little bit more about us, we would gladly welcome you for a face to face visit on a scheduled appointment; but we are also open to meeting up online.
