ab dem 01. Juli 2016 kannst du meine aktuelle Wohnung übernehmen.
Lage:
Sie liegt in Pfaffengrund im Schwalbenweg 96. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in guter erreichbarer Nähe. Die Buslinie 34 hält weniger 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung. Die Bahnlinie 22 ist in 10 entspannten Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Der Supermarkt Netto befindet sich 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das supergroße Kaufland kann man super mit der Linie 22 erreichen. Wobei ich normalerweise mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto hinfahre. Dann sind es jeweils um die 5 Minuten.
Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain. Allerdings ist sie wirklich hell. Bis auf die Treppe deutet nichts auf ein "Kellerloch" hin. Jedes Zimmer hat eine große Terrassentür.
Zur Küche:
Die Küche und alle Geräte sind 3 Jahre alt und müsste abgenommen werden 750€ VB
