Hallo,
wir gehen vom 18.04. bis 15.06. in Elternzeit und bieten unsere Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an.
Eigentlich ist es eine 2,5 Zimmerwohnung, aber wir möchten alles was ausgeräumt werden muss in unserem Schlafzimmer verstauen.
Daher gibt es als Schlafmöglichkeit unsere Schlafcouch.
Die Wohnung ist schön hell und unsere Terrasse ab dem Frühling wie ein weiteres Zimmer.
Es sind 4 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn, es gibt eine Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und eine zum Bismarckplatz.
Ein Supermarkt (penny) und der schöne Ortskern mit Eisdiele, Post und zahlreichen Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke.
In 10 min ist man am Waldraund in 15 min in den Weinbergen.
