Wir (Akademikerehepaar; 34) ziehen für 6 Monate für die Arbeit ins Ausland und bieten daher unsere gemütliche, komplett möblierte Wohnung in Heidelberg-Rohrbach zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines schönen Gebäudes zentral in Rohrbach. Sie besteht aus einem Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, einem Ess-/Arbeitszimmer, einer Küche, und einem Badezimmer. Der große Hinterhof kann zum Grillen oder Wäsche aufhängen mitgenutzt werden. Weiter ist eine gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschküche mit Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz zum Leben und Arbeiten. Das Sofa kann mit einem Handgriff zum Schlafsofa umgebaut werden, und bietet Stauraum für Bettzeug. Durch die großen Fenster bleibt es auch in den Wintermonaten hell und freundlich.
An die Küche angeschlossen befindet sich ein geräumiges Zimmer, das als Ess- oder Arbeitszimmer genutzt werden kann.

The flat
We are moving abroad for work, and are subletting our flat for 6 months. The flat is completely furnished and very cosy, and is situated in Heidelberg-Rohrbach.
The flat is located on the ground floor of a very nice old building in the centre of Rohrbach. It consists of a big room used for living and sleeping, a smaller room that we’ve used as a combined dining room and office, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The communal backyard can be used to have a barbeque, or to dry your laundry. You’ll also have access to a laundry room with a washing machine.
The living-room is quite large and gives you enough space to live, sleep and work. The sofa can very easily be transformed into a sofa-bed, with enough space to store your bedding during the day. The big windows let in much light, so that the room retains its nice and friendly atmosphere during the winter months.

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Heidelberg-Rohrbach, einem gemütlichen und lebensfrohen Stadtteil.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr günstig. In 2 Minuten Fußweg liegen die Haltestellen für die Buslinie 29 sowie die Straßenbahnlinie 23 (10 Minuten zum Bismarckplatz mit Umsteigemöglichkeit zur Uni; Gesamtfahrzeit zum Universitätsplatz 15 Minuten); die Straßenbahnlinie 24 fährt in 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem Rad ist die Altstadt in etwa 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind mit Penny (3 Minuten entfernt), Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, dm (10 Minuten entfernt) und mehreren guten Bäckern in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Zudem befinden sich auf der gleichen Straße der Wohnung zwei gemütliche und moderne Cafés sowie mehrere Restaurants.

The flat is situated in the centre of Heidelberg-Rohrbach, a cosy and upcoming part of the city.
You have very easy access to public transport. Within 3 minutes’ walking distance, you’ll find the stop for bus 29 and tram 23 (10 minutes to Bismarckplatz, where you can change to a bus to Universitätsplatz); tram 24 takes 10 minutes to go to main station. The old town/Universitätsplatz is about 20 minutes by bike.
You can also very easily do your shopping in Rohrbach; the closest supermarket, Penny, is about 3 minutes away, with more supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Lidi), a drugstore, and several bakeries close by. If you enjoy a good cup of coffee, you‘ll find two very nice comfy cafés right on your street, as well as several good restaurants.
