Die Lage ist zentral in der Weststadt: Straßenbahn-Haltstelle Christuskirche und S-Bahnhof Weststadt-Südstadt sind in 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar, der Hauptbahnhof in 10 min.
Ebenfalls gute Anbindung an das Neuenheimer Feld, Campus Bergheim und Altstadt. Bäcker, Cafes/Restaurants sowie mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.

It consists of one bedroom (1,60m bed, 2m of wardrobe, additional built-in closet), one living room (couch, desk, bookshelves) and a large sit-in kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, dishes, large expendable table + 6 chairs, second desk and TV). New washing machine in the apartment. Bed linen and towels available if needed.
The apartment is on the top 4th floor (no elevator) of a residential building. There is a backyard with seating for general use.
The apartment is located very conveniently in the Weststadt neighborhood (near Christuskirche). It is close to public transportations (stops at Christuskirche / Westadt-Südstadt / HD main station) as well as groceries and many cafes/restaurants are in walking distance. Public transportations or a bike will bring you easily to campuses in Neuenheimer Feld, Bergheim, or Altstadt.
The rent 900€ includes the main utilities. Electricity, gas, and internet (around 80€ per month) are to be paid directly by the tenant.
The apartment is available from mid August or September. Looking for someone to rent the apartment for at least 6 months.
