We have a sunny one room apartments right now available, fully furnished with private bathroom and kitchenett. We are located in a Heidelberg suburb with excellent public transport. We are a nice and easy going international house community in a center for sustainable development with today 9 people from all over the world. Contract is possible for max 6 month, but your stay can be made longer by a new contract, if needed. Musicans and singers welcome. We have two pianos and space for making music without disturbing someone in our exhibition and seminar rooms. They can be used if there is no seminar or other event.
Wiesenbach is a suburb to Heidelberg. We have 10 minutes to railwaystation Bammental by bicycle and 24 minutes to Heidelberg Alte Brücke, 30 minutes to Bismarckplatz or main station..
The house is located in the historic center of the town. Supermarkets are in walking distance. Phamacy, Cityhall and Doctors are near by. Good running, hiking and cycling in the area. Within 5 minutes you can reach forest or a little creek.
All kinds of sports even horseriding and golf are close by.
You will rent more than an apartment. Our project also has a public Café, a room for making musik and playing the piano and exhibition possibilities indoor and outdoor for crafts and fine art.
Our new renovated non smokers and energy efficient (!) house has 5 apartements each with 1-3 rooms. It is newly renovated with solar heating and beautyful surrounding. Excellent air quality, much better than in Heidelberg. We have fast WiFi, 2 laundry machines. Bus stops near by. From here to Heidelberg Center it is a 30-40 minute ride by bus and/or city train (S-Bahn). Next train station with bicycle it is only 10 minutes away and from there it takes 1/2 hour to Mannheim and 15 minutes to Heidelberg. 2 supermarkets, turkish deli, city hall, medical doctors, dentist, hair dressers, pharmacy, art gallery, horse riding and sports grounds are in short walking distance. There is even a golf course, a public pool and a tennis indoor and outdoor court nearby. We help you with used bicycle, foreign office, jobs and legal affairs. Check it out and get in contact!
