Es gibt ein separates Zimmer welches teils möbliert ist. zb. ist ein TV und eine Schlafmöglichkeit vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist nicht weit weg vom Zentrum und und zu fuß zu erreichen. Leider muß man ein paar Meter den Berg hoch. Wem das zuviel ist kann den Bus nutzen welcher sofort vor der Türe hält.
Ich M(37), habe nie zu ende Studiert und lange im Öffentlichen Dienst gearbeitet, mein aussehen würde ich als normal gebaut und ansehnlich bis hin zu hübsch beschreiben, wobei zweites begingt durchs alter ehr Tagesform abhängig ist;). Ich Spreche deutsch und englisch, russisch und ukrainisch verstehe ich etwas.
Jetzt biete ich einen Teil meiner Wohnung um eine art WG+ zu gründen. Der ihr zugedachte Raum ist frei zu gestalten und Internet steht zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist bis auf weiteres kostenlos.
Dafür suche ich eine Frau zwischen 25j-40j, welche sich auch gerne mal unterhält sowie ebenfalls normal gebaut ist. Sie sollte Interesse am WohnenGesellschaft und Plus haben und mindestens vorhandene Sauberkeit der Wohnung beibehalten können.
