Sehr schöne helle und in 2018 kernsanierte Wohnung direkt am Naherholungsgebiet Wurmtal/Paulinenwäldchen gelegen.
Eine Wohnung mit Scharm und Waldblick. Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem Central mit perfekter Infrastruktur.
2 Minuten fußläufig zum Bus in Richtung Aachen oder nach Herzogenrath beziehungsweise Holland
Nahe an der Aachener Soers und somit in wenigen Kilometer direkt im Herzen Aachens.
Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls optimal, als Pendler Wohnung zu nutzen.
Es gibt keinen Keller, sowie keine Waschmaschine.
Ebenfalls ist das halten von Haustieren nicht gestattet.
