Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen (Wohnbaugebiet) und befindet sich in der Beethovenstraße 2 in Höchstadt a.d. Aisch (Höchstadt-Nord). Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (Haltestelle Schwedenschanze, Verbindungen nach Bamberg/Erlange/Herzogenaurach etc.). Die nächste Autobahn A3 ist 5 Minuten entfernt - gute Verkehrsanbindung an Erlangen/Nürnberg. Die Infrastruktur ist sehr gut.
Suche Nachmieter für Moderne 2,5-Zimmer DG-Wohnung in 91315 Höchstadt, Beethovenstraße 2 ab 01. November 2017. Als Erst-Mieter habe mich dort stets sehr wohl gefühlt. Die anderen 5 Parteien sind sehr angenehme/ruhige Mitbewohner, es gab keine nennenswerte Komplikationen.
Jetzt nach 7 Jahren (so alt ist das Haus, Baujahr 2010) ziehe ich aus - dahin wo die Liebe hinführt ;-)
Zur Ablöse stehen auch eine Couch und eine Wohnwand parat (falls gewünscht).
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und befindet sich in der Beethovenstraße in Höchstadt-Nord. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus) ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (Haltestelle Schwedenschanze, Verbindungen nach Bamberg/Erlange/Herzogenaurach etc.)
