Ich suche ab 15.04.2012 einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in der Bahnhofstraße 17.
Sie hat ein großes Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer und eine geräumige Wohnküche. Außerdem gibt es ein Bad und zwei kleine Abstellräume. Zur Wohnung gehören auch ein Keller- und Dachbodenabteil. Auch für Studenten geeignet.
Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle und auch der Busbahnhof ist nur 400m weg. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es auch nur 550m. Einen Parkplatz findet man fast immer direkt vor dem Haus.
In den Nebenkosten sind Heizung und Wasser enthalten, Strom wird separat abgerechnet.
