Darum suche ich einen Untermieter, der meine voll möblierte DG Wohnung für mindestens ein Jahr übernimmt ab eventuell Juli 2024!

Smart TV, Drucker, Waschmaschine, Microwelle, Geschirrspüler, WLAN, Drucker,
Einbauküche, Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine Tchibo, Sofa (ausziehbar), Bartisch, Schreibtisch, Schränke, offener begehbarer Kleiderschrank, Badschränke...es ist wirklich alles da!
Es ist wirklich eine gemütliche kleine 1,5 Raum Wohnung, mit Dachschrägen, Holzbalken und Holztreppe zum Schlafraum!
Die Vermieter wohnen unter mir im 1.OG, sie sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit!
Parken kann mann direkt vor dem Haus!
Zum Supermarkt wie Norma oder Tegut läuft mann in 10 min! Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 min entfernt!
Nach einem Jahr (oder evtl. früher) kann nach Absprache die Wohnung übernommen werden! Wenn gewünscht auch mit Ablösesumme die komplette Einrichtung!
