Besichtigungen leider erst gegen Ende März möglich.

Nachdem wir beide unser Studium abschließen, suchen wir einen Nachmieter für unsere Zweiraum-Wohnung direkt am Campus in Ilmenau. Die Wohnung ist voraussichtlich zum 1.5 beziehbar. Die Wohnung ist 53qm groß und hat ein großes Bad, eine Abstellkammer, eine offene Küche sowie ein separates Schlafzimmer. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen großen Balkon. Die Warmmieter beträgt 580 € im Monat.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt über dem Netto am Campus, sowohl zum Audimax als auch zur Mensa ist man in 5 Minuten gelaufen. Außerdem ist es durch die Lage möglich Internet über die FEM e.V. zu beziehen (Restbandbreite des Uninetzwerkes für ca. 6€ im Monat)

In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Einbauküche in sehr gutem Zustand mit Spülmaschine, welche gegen Ablöse übernommen werden soll. Zusätzlich können nach Wunsch noch weitere Einrichtungsgegenstände übernommen werden (Bettgestell, Lampen, Vorhänge). Im Bad ist ein Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine kann auch abgelöst werden.
