Da ich und mein Mitbewohner ab März nicht mehr in Innsbruck wohnen werden und das Mietverhältnis erst Ende März endet, steht die komplette Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete frei. Sie verfügt über zwei etwa 14m² große Zimmer, die bereits mit Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch ausgestattet sind, ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine Küche mit Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank und einfacher Küchenausstattung (Teller, Töpfe, etc.).
Die Lage ist echt perfekt, mit Bus, S-Bahn, Spar, Inn, Uni, verschiedenen Bars und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür und der Altstadt nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Es ist sowohl möglich, für 2 Personen zu mieten als auch für eine Einzelperson, allerdings werde ich im letzteren Fall natürlich noch einen zweiten Zwischenmieter suchen.
