Hallo! Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohung in Innsbruck.
Die Wohnung ist WG-tauglich. Sie besteht aus 2 separaten Zimmern, einer Küche, Bad, Flur und einem großen Balkon zum Innenhof.
Hinzu kommen ein Kellerabteil und ein abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen.
Die Lage ist besonders für Studenten ideal, da die Wohnung nur wenige Gehminuten von der Universität entfernt ist. Der Bus Richtung Innenstadt fährt direkt vor der Tür ab. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befinden sich ein Supermarkt, Imbiss und ein Bäcker.
Bei Interesse können die Küchenmöbel (Tisch und 2 Stühle) und der Kleiderschrank für eine vereinbarte Summe übernommen werden. Das Sofa und die Waschmaschine können gerne kostenlos übernommen werden. Da Besichtigung und Vertrag von einer Immobilienfirma organisiert werden, ist ein Vermittlungshonorar bei der Übernahme zu zahlen.
