Da ich zum 1.5.2019 in eine neue Wohnung ziehe, suche ich hier nach einem Nachmieter für meine alte 1,5 Zimmer-Wohnung (Nichtraucher).
An Möbeln ist bis auf ein Bett (welches ich mitnehme) alles vorhanden, die Einbauküche ist in gutem Zustand aber natürlich mit Gebrauchsspuren.
wichtigste Möbel: großer Schreibtisch, Couch, Schrankwand, Kleiderschrank, Bücherschrank und weiteres.
Außerdem werde ich den auch den Herd und Kühlschrank in der Wohnung lassen (ggf auch die Waschmaschine). Für die Übernahme aller Einrichtungsgegenstände setzte ich 500€ (VB) an.
Es befindet sich in 3min Fußreichweite ein Netto-Supermarkt und anbei eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, mit welcher das Zentrum (und damit auch der Uni-Campus) leicht erreicht werden kann.
