Wir suchen zum 01.05.2014 einen Nachmieter für unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine zum Wohnzimmer hin offene Küche sowie einen Balkon Richtung Südosten.
Die Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Platanenstraße) braucht nur 12 Minuten bis zum Campus und fährt unter der Woche alle 7 Minuten ab. Auch Kaufland, REWE und Aldi sowie Rossmann sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett und ruhig.
Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine Einbauküche, die speziell hierfür gekauft wurde. Die Übernahme ist erwünscht. Nachmieter, die die EBK übernehmen werden bevorzugt. VHB 1.250,- Euro (inkl. Gefrierkombination von Bauknecht, Whirlpool Geschirrspüler, E-Herd, Dunstabzugshaube).
Für den Einzug ist der Erwerb von Genossenschaftsanteilen verpflichtend (in Höhe von 1.848,- Euro). Ein schrittweiser Erwerb ist jedoch kein Problem (Erstzahlung 308,- Euro und dann monatlich mindestens 10,- Euro).
