A comfortable apartment on the third floor, with a big living room and a big (two bed) bedroom with a walking closet. A separated room for  fit in kitchen with a gas and a fridge. A separated bathtub and shower. The rent price is warm- rent which includes all utilities of central heating, electricity, water and internet connection for the one month and ten days. no deposit is required. A fast wireless connection available too. A beautiful garden underneath the building. Very convenient apartment for a single person or a couple. The house furniture and design is similar to hotel suites, due to the fact that the building used to be a hotel in the past. The building is safe, clean and very organized. It has an elevator and a housemeister who is available most of the time.  The building offers washing machine and dryer utilities. The rent can be renewed for the following month after July but not obligatory. The building is 10 minutes walk from Netto supermarket and a 5 minute walk from the train stop that has trains heading to the city center of Jena every 15 minutes ( back and forth). Its 35 minutes ride in train to city center.
