Sie ist in der 7. Etage eines Plattenbaus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Lobeda-West, ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Zwei der 3 Zimmer liegen separat, eignen sich also super für eine WG. Die Küche ist offen zum großen Wohnzimmer. Ein geräumiger Balkon ist über das Wohnzimmer erreichbar.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche und hat genug Platz für eine Waschmaschine u.a.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, aus den Fenstern bietet sich ein super Ausblick auf (fast) ganz Lobeda-West.
Der Vermieter ist jenawohnen. Nach erfolgtem Wohnungswunsch werden alle Formalitäten dort erledigt. Dabei fallen weder eine Kaution noch sonstige zusätzlichen Kosten an.
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Straßenbahn-Haltestellen liegen fast vor der Tür, bis zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 15 min mit der Straßenbahn.
