Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nicht weit entfernt: Rossmann, Rewe und Aldi, sowie ein Bäcker und eine Apotheke sind 2 Minuten entfernt gelegen und zum Kaufland kommt man in 10 Minuten.
Die Straßenbahn ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und fährt alle 7 Minuten direkt zum Stadtzentrum.
Auf der Autobahn ist man in circa 5 Minuten und Stellplätze gibt es ausreichend direkt vor der Haustür.
Gegenüber der Wohnung ist das Klinikum und daneben die Lobdeburg, von der man wunderbar über ganz Jena blicken kann.
Ein paar Möbel (z.B. Küche, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Garderobe) sollen in der Wohnung bleiben und gegen einen Aufpreis übernommen werden.
