Die Wohnung ist hell und ruhig. Wohnzimmer hat Durchgang zum Balkon und zeigt nach Südwesten (mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge von Göschwitz). Bad und Küche haben keine Fenster, aber gute Belüftungsanlagen. Die Einbauküche fehlt! Die Wände sind relativ dick für Plattenbau (nicht hellhörig). Das Wohnzimmer grenzt direkt an das Arbeitszimmer einer Nachbarin, da sollte man nachmittags nicht zu laut Musik machen, (abends schon eher!)
Internet habe ich mir mit meinem Nachbarn geteilt. Vodafone 50 mbit für 15 € pro Person. 100 Mbit sind auch möglich.
Die Nachbarn sind allesamt sehr nett und bilden eine gute Gemeinschaft. Die meisten sind schon etwas älter. WG-Parties in der Nachbarschaft sind eher unwahrscheinlich.
Die Lage ist relativ Natur-nah. Über das Feld kommt man in 15 min in den Wald. Drackendorf ist 5 min entfernt.
Die Bahnhaltestelle Schlegelstraße ist 5 min entfernt. Die Bahn braucht ca 25 min in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad fährt man ne knappe halbe Stunde in die Innenstadt (durchgehend auf Fahrradwegen). Zwei Supermärkte in der Nähe mit komfortablen Öffnungszeiten (Netto bis 21:00, Rewe bis 24:00!) und ein griechisches Restaurant.
Eine super Wohnung, wenn auch nicht zentrumsnah.
