Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand und eine tolle Option für Pärchen. Aufgrund des Durchgangszimmers ist sie eher nicht WG-geeignet. Wir haben beim Einzug eine top Küche und Waschmaschine eingebaut, die am liebsten übernommen werden sollen. Außerdem können wir gerne weitere Möbel (Badausstattung, Sofa, Schrank) weitergeben. Die beiden Zimmer sind etwa gleich groß (15,5 m*2).
Im Haus es einen gemeinsamen Fahrradkeller und zur Wohnung gehört noch ein geräumiges Kellerabteil.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt super. Direkt nebenan ist ein Lidl, ins Stadtzentrum sind es zu Fuß 15 und mit dem Fahrrad 5-10 Minuten. Außerdem ist die Haltestelle Nordschule 2 Fußminuten entfernt, so kann auch bequem mit der Straßenbahn in die Stadt gefahren werden.
