The apartment is on the second floor and is owned by Vonovia housing company. I am posting as a current tenant. Renting decision is up to Company.
The prerequisite for concluding a contract is a residence permit of at least 1 year, a positive credit bureau (Schufa (request now) ) and an income that is approximately 3 times the WARM rent.
It has 2 bed rooms, 1 hall, 1 large kitchen with fitted kitchen (3 pot electric glass stoves, oven and full set of cupboards and drawers, fridge with freezer available. Please see pictures and transfer agreement cost). Nice view of the lawn and tram from the kitchen.

The rent for a new tenancy is 789.44 euros. The deposit is 1,178.88 euros (can be paid in installments).

The complete fitted kitchen wall cabinate (with 3 pot electric glass stove, and oven ), a fridge, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dining table, 2 beds and matrasses, bedside table, cloth hanger, 4 drawer cabinet, 2 comfortable armchairs, and electric lights are available and everything MUST be taken over by paying 1050 Eur.
Very nice neighborhood. Scharnhorststraße str. tram/bus stop within 1-minute distance. Rewe very close, Lidl within 5 minutes. Kindergarden, Nordschule very close. City Pizza is nearby. Roadside parking.
We can speak only English on phone-call. Inquiry messages can be sent in German.
Good if you speak or understand German and English, for better communication with landlord and housing company.
