Küche und Schlafzimmer sind relativ dunkel, haben Lichtschächte, also sind nicht lichtdurchflutet. Das Bad ist ohne Fenster. Die Wohnung ist unmöbliert.
Bei Interessenten ohne eigenes Einkommen wird eine Bürgschaft der Eltern verlangt, desweiteren eine Mietbefreiungsbescheinigung des Vorvermieters.
Zentrale Lage, 5 min. mit dem Rad zur Uni. Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Haustür, EDEKA über der Straße.
