1,5 Zimmer Wohnung im Stadtzentrum

Ich suche dringend (zum 01.02.2012) einen Nachmieter für meine kleine 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (4.Etage) eines Altbaus in der Oberlauengasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum. Bis zu den Bahn- und Bushaltestellen sind es nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist also ziemlich gut.

Die Wohnung ist für eine 1,5-Zimmerwohnung sehr schön geschnitten. Sie ist ca. 33 m2 groß. Der Hauptraum vereint Wohn-, Esszimmer und die Küche. Davon abgetrennt befindet sich das Schlafzimmer. Die Küche besitzt bereits eine Grundausstattung (Kühlschrank, Elektroherd, Spüle). Das Badezimmer besteht aus Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Ein Waschmaschinenanschluss ist vorhanden.


I need to find a new tenant for my little 1.5-room apartment (available at the 01.02.2012). It is located in the attic (4th floor) of an old building in the Oberlauengasse. The apartment is located in the city centre. Until the railway and bus stations are only five minutes’ walk. Transport links are pretty good.

The apartment is very nice cut for a 1.5-room apartment. The main room combines living room, dining room and kitchen. Separated from this is the bedroom. The kitchen has a basic equipment (refrigerator, electric stove, sink). The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. A washing machine connection is available.
