Ich habe kurzfristig meine Zwei Zimmer EG Wohnung in der Katharinenstraße abzugeben.
Vom Flur (ca 4 qm) gehen vier Räume ab. Küche (ca. 10 qm) und Wohnzimmer(ca. 15 qm) zur Katharinenstrasse. Schlafzimmer (ca. 12 qm) und Bad (ca. 10 qm).
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und im Winter etwas fusskalt.
Eigentlich hatte ich schon Nachmieter, die sind aber heute abgesprungen.
Besichtigungen können am Sonntag (04.03.) vorgenommen werden, bis dahin ist die Wohnung auch leer und könnte im Laufe der nächsten Woche übernommen werden.
