Hallo, ich möchte meine 2-Raum-Wohnung bis Ende des Jahres untervermieten, weil ich meine Abschlussarbeit nicht in Jena schreibe.
Die Wohnung ist superzentral gelegen, gleich um die Ecke vom Markt. Am besten für eine Person oder Pärchen geeignet, weil ein Zimmer Durchgangszimmer ist, aber auch als WG arrangierbar. Es gibt ein großes Zimmer (Wohnzimmer), ein kleineres (Schlafzimmer), Küche mit gemütlicher Essecke (ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle). Alles ist mit dem Wichtigsten möbliert, aber es gibt auch noch Platz für das eine oder andere Möbelstück.
Die Wohnung ist frisch gemalert und wird gerade mit Laminat ausgelegt.
Wenn das Ende der Untermietzeit nicht passt, können wir das auch nochmal besprechen.
