Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 46 m²-Wohnung mit großem offene Küchen-und Wohnbereich und separatem Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge.
Waschmaschine und Trockner, Keller und Parkplätze sind vorhanden.
Eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle etc. ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Einrichtung sollten nach Möglichkeit übernommen werden.
W-Lan gibt es bis September 2013 gratis dazu!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Spitzweidenweg, unweit vom Saalbahnhof. Bahn und Bus fahren direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke und das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
