Ich suche für meine vollsanierte 3-Raumwohnung schwerenherzens eine 2-Raumwohnung in Jena. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und einen Südbalkon mit zwei Zugängen (über Wohnzimmer und Arbeitszimmer. In der Wohnung ist eine Einbauküche, welche übernommen werden kann. Ich suche im Gegenzug eine 2-Raumwohnung. Die Wohnung sollte ebenfalls einen Balkon haben und ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum erreichbar sein. Da ich einen Kabeldeutschlandvertrag habe, sollte die Wohnung über eben solchen verfügen.
15 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Jenaer Paradies.
