wir suchen zum 01.07.2014 Nachmieter für unsere 3- Raumwohnung. Diese Wohnung hat 3 große Zimmer und einen gemütlichen Balkon. Darüber hinaus gehört noch ein großer Kellerraum zur Wohnung und der Dachboden kann mitbenutzt werden.
Das Bad ist mit Fenster und die Toilette befindet sich seperat.
Die Küche wurde in die Wohnung eingepaßt,ist hochwertig ausgestattet,sowohl der Elektro- Einbaubackofen, als auch das Glaskeramik- Kochfeld sind von AEG Electrolux und sollte vom Nachmieter übernommen werden.
Zur Strassenbahnhaltestelle sind es nur 3 Minuten und auch zum Erholen ist das Paradies in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erlaufbar.
Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Westbahnhof und Paradiesbahnhof entfernt. Ebenso befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
