Ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine wunderschöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung in der Lutherstraße. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer (keine Durchgangszimmer) und ein sehr großes, sonniges Wohnzimmer mit viel Platz zum gemütlichen beisammen sitzen.
Außerdem gibt es eine gemütliche kleine Küche mit Speisekammer und Platz für einen Esstisch, ein kleines Badezimmer und eine große Diele.
I am looking for a tenant, to take over my beautiful 3-room apartment in Lutherstraße. The flat has two small bedrooms, a large, comfortable and very sunny living room, a kitchen and a small bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, in die Innenstadt braucht man zu Fuß 2 Minuten. Außerdem sind Tegut und Norma zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Direkt vor der Tür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und zum Westbahnhof sind es auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
The flat is located in the center. Stores, the bus stop and the train station west are in walking distance.
Da ich recht kurzfristig aus Jena weg ziehe gibt es die Möglichkeit sehr günstig einige Möbel zu übernehmen.
Dies ist jedoch nicht verpflichtend.
Since I am leaving Jena on short notice, there is the possibility to buy some of the furniture. This is not obligatory, though.
