suche dringend Nachmieter für eine kleine 1,5-raum-wohnung mit ca. 30qm. Diese Wohnung ist ideal für Studenten, da sie im Zentrum Jenas liegt. Bis zur Uni braucht man gerade mal 3min zu Fuß. Straßenbahnhaltestelle in 2min zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung hat zwei getrennte Räume, an das hintere Zimmer schließt sich das Bad mit Dusche und Toilette an.
An das vordere Zimmer grenzt eine offene Küche mit Schränken, Spüle, 2 Herdplatten und Kühlschrank. Diese bleibt in der Wohnung, da vom Vermieter gestellt. (auf dem Foto ist die Küche noch nicht mit drauf.
Ausgelegt ist die Wohnung mit Laminat.
Die Miete beträgt warm 315€. Strom, TV und Internet muss extra bezahlt werden, ist in der Miete nicht enthalten.
