Die Wohnung hat 45qm, besteht aus 2 gleichgroßen Zimmern, einer großen hellen Küche mit Essecke und Einbauküche, einem Bad mit WC, Dusche, Spiegelschrank und einem Fenster und einem kleinen Flur. Man kann im großen Hof gemütlich sitzen und grillen. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein relativ großes Kellerabteil. Der Vermieter hat einen Waschraum eingerichtet und stellt 3 Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner gegen einen kleinen Obulus zur Verfügung. Außerdem kann bei Bedarf ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz direkt unterm Haus dazugemietet werden. Für weitere Infos, einfach anrufen oder anschauen!!! ;)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentrumsnah obwohl Sie zum Stadtteil Jena-Süd gehört. Zur Goethegalerie sind es 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder man fährt die 2 Stationen mit dem Bus. Die Bushaltestelle liegt keine 100 m entfernt genauso wie der Nah & Gut. Zum Netto sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, die FH liegt dann gleich nebenan.
Wir haben bereits eine neue Wohnung und möchten diese so schnell wie möglich loswerden, am liebsten bereits zum 01.08.2015, damit wir so wenig wie möglich doppelt Miete zahlen müssen. Bei Interesse ruft mich einfach an, entweder vormittags vor um 11 oder nachmittags nach 16 Uhr. Abends ab 21 Uhr bin ich eigentlich immer erreichbar.
