Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen in eine andere Stadt umziehe suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine jetzige Wohnung in Jena-Mitte. Ich habe auch eine Küchenzeile, Herd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Kleiderschrank drinne, die ich von meiner Vorgängerin übernommen habe. Diese möchte ich gerne für eine kleine Summe dem/der Nachmieter/in hinterlassen.
Bushaltestellen, Supermärkte (Tegut, Aldi, Norma, Lidl) zu Fuß erreichbar; die Goethe Galerie ist praktisch um die Ecke; Trotz der Lage ist die Straße sehr ruhig!
Die aktuelle Kaltmiete kann sich aufgrund des Vermieterwechsels ändern.
Die Wohnung wird spätestens ab 1. Mai frei sein und fast einen Monat frei stehen (Aufgrund der Kündigungsfrist)
