Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum und Supermärkte, Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und Restaurants können fußläufig erreicht werden.
Der neue Universität Campus befindet sich ebenfalls in 50m Entfernung.

Da ich beruflich Wochentags unterwegs bin, möchte ich die Wohnung gern von Montag bis Freitag Abend vermieten.
Aus diesem Grund ist Sie perfekt für Berufspendler geeignet (die wie ich am Wochenende in Ihre Heimat zurückkehren)
