Die Wohnung hat 42,7m², Bad mit Dusche, eine offene Wohnküche und ein großes Schlafzimmer. Im Haus steht ein Garten zur Verfügung der von allen Mietparteien genutzt werden kann.
Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in 10min zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Kaufhalle, Tankstelle, Sparkasse und Apotheke.
Die Wohnung ist provisionsfrei abzugeben. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 290€ +100€ Nebenkosten. Es sind 2 Monatskaltmieten als Kaution zu hinterlegen.
