Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, befindet sich im 2.OG mit Fahrstuhl und man hat eine schöne Aussicht, mit Blick auf die Berge Richtung Stadt-Zentrum. 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Rewe und zur Haltestelle.
Ich würde die Wohnung gern teilmöbliert übergeben, dabei wäre eine Waschmaschine, komplette Küche mit Ceran-Herd und Kühlschrank, diverse Schränke,Schreibtisch und ein großes Bett.
1bis2 Eimer Farbe, Gardinen und Rollo für die Schlafnische.
(Alles zusammen ca. 550 Euro – VHB !!!!)
