Um eine frisch renovierte 3 Raumwohnung die auch als 2er WG genutzt werden kann.
Da ich spontan eine neue Wohnung gefunden habe, Suche ich dringend einen Nachmieter.
Ich habe gehört das die Miete etwas angehoben wird, um wie viele Euro kann ich leider nicht sagen.
Eine Küche ohne Elektrogeräte ist vorhanden und sollte für 200€ (VHB) übernommen werden.
die Zimmer sind geweißt. Das Wohnzimmer hat an einer Wand eine Florale Vliestapete.in der Küche hängt eine tolle Eulentapete. Kann übernommen werden, kann auch entfernt werden.
Zur Wohnung gehört eine kleine Abstellkammer :)
Termine:
Sonntag, 23.6. könnte ab 18 Uhr besichtigt werden.
Montag könnte von 8-12 Uhr besichtigt werden.
Mittwoch und Donnerstag ab 11 Uhr - bitte rufen Sie einfach an und wir koordinieren das dann :)
