Wir haben auf einem Bauernhof 6 Wohnungen unverbissen ökologisch saniert. Technisch auf neuem Stand der Dinge, wurde die Wohnung 2000 komplett saniert, zentrale Heizung, Bad, 5 Zimmer, offene Küche usw.
Das Haus steht im äußeren Dorfbild unter Denkmalschutz.
Die Wohnung liegt über 1,5 Etagen im Dachgeschoss des Hauses.
Es gibt also viele schräge Wände.
Die WG-gesucht Plattform erfordert eine Eingabe wie "Jena" oder "Weimar" als Angabe für den Ort.
Die Wohnung liegt in Niedersynderstedt. 1 km bis zur Autobahnauffahrt Magdala, ca. 15 km bis ins Zentrum Jena sowie Weimar.
Es gibt keine gute Nahverkehrsanbindung. Mit dem Auto ist man jedoch schneller in beiden Städten, als durch die jeweiligen Städte "quer durch". Beispiel Jena-Göschwitz 13 min.
Das Grundstück (8000 m², Pool ..) sollte allen Bewohnern offen stehen. Neben Platz für gärtnerische Interessen und Kinder, finden sich immer noch Räume für familiäre Ruhe.
