Ich biete ab den 01.04.2013 meine Wohnung zur Untermiete an. In der Wohnung ist das Wohnzimmer komplett eingerichtet, ebenso das Schlafzimmer. Derzeit wohnen zwei Studenten darin, der eine schläft im Wohnzimmer, die Unterteilung könnte so übernommen werden.
In der Küche stehen Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine, sowie ein Hochtisch mit Stühlen. Die Küche ist sonst nicht weiter eingerichtet. Im Flur sind Spiegel und Kommode.
Es handelt sich um eine komplett sanierte Neubauwohnung.
Achtung der Bahnhof von Stadtroda ist weiter entfernt, ein Auto ist somit vom Vorteil. Mit PKW ist man innerhalb von 20-25min im Zentrum von Jena.
Autobahn und Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs sind gleich in der Nähe.
Wie gesagt ein PKW ist vom Vorteil, da der Bahnhof weiter weg ist und abends die Züge selten fahren.
