Küche mit Fenster, und EBK falls gewünscht. In der EBK vorhanden wäre Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, e-herd und kühlschrank. Ebenfalls könnte die kleine essnische bestehend aus tresenähnlichem tisch und zwei barstühlen übernommen werden.
Inneliegendes bad mit Wanne, aber da die WM schon in der küche steht hat man mehr Platz.
ruhige lage, Spielplätze hinterm Haus. Netto und bahnhaltestelle in 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ebenfalls könnte großer schlafzimmerschrank, badmöbel, ausziehbarer esstisch und schrankwand übernommen werden.
Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren von mir im rohbau übernommen, d.h. Komplett neue tapeten und laminat. Küche hat noch pvc vom vormieter. Bad Fliesen.

Linie 5 fährt ab Haltestelle schlegelstraße alle 7 Minuten in die Stadt, die linie 3 alle 20 Minuten über lobeda West und winzerla nach Jena ost.
Netto ist direkt um die ecke. Apotheke, rewe,Rossmann, Sparkasse nur 2 minuten mit der Bahn entfernt.
Die uni ist innerhalb von 20 min mit der linie 5 erreichbar.
